How to make function keys on Macbook Pro to work

I ran into a problem after installing Windows 10 to my Macbook Pro.
All was fine until I tried to control the screen brightness and keyboard backlight brigtness....it couldn't work.
I know there will be solution somewhere. There! I found this link.
